HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Well it is getting closer. Soon Brittany, Ben and the the girls will be here and then the action begins. They can't wait to see the snow, and we can't wait for it to get warmer. Be sure to remember the dinner on the 19th. Let us know what you want to bring, or to have for dinner. As of now, we are thinking chicken with homemade noodles. What else would you like to put in an order for?

Christmas is coming so fast. Life just goes by faster all the time. I know that each of us has the same number of hours in a day. But some of us know how to fill them better. I hope I can get my presents ready in time. We are excited to all be together again. Life is good....and we should appreciate each day and each minute. We love all of you and hope this is the most memorable Christmas ever.....give kisses to all our little ones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GETTING OUR CHRISTMAS DUCKS IN ORDER

Well, we are getting ready for the holidays. Thursday night we have our ward party which I'm sure all of you are excited to come to. Sunday, Christmas dinner at Josh and Natalies. And on the 19th the dinner with our Skousens. I saw gingerbread houses for sale at Costco today, I think for around 8 bucks. Decide how many we need. We are all excited to see who will be the winning team and get lots of treats for 1st prize.

Bethany is busy getting the sub for Santa ready for Jim and Jette. They have no idea. I think they will be so pleased. She is working full time plus an extra job on her lunch hour and he is taking care of the kids. He goes in for his MRI on Wednesday. Say your prayers for him and their family.

Please send pictures of your families, pets, house, climate, anything for me to put on my blog. These pictures are getting tired. I love all of you and can't wait to be together.....xoxomom

NOSTALGIA FOR NOVEMBER

Dear Family:
I can't believe November is closing. It passed by so fast. Soon Christmas will be here and we will all be together again. I am so excited. Especially to have us all under one roof, to hear all of your stories and voices, to see your sweet faces that I love, and to hear your children's laughter. I am truly blessed to have all of you in my life.

Who knows, I might even take some more pictures that are updated. How great would that be? If you have any you would like me to post, please send them and any dates that we need to know for December!

I am grateful for each of you and for the gift you are in my life. Dad and I know that are most precious gifts are our family. Each of you hold a special places in our hearts, and we spend many nights thinking about our priceless memories of you. Know you are loved. xoxomom

BYU KICKS BUT OF UTAH - BIG TIME

We had a great week. Thanksgiving was wonderful. So many people came and we had a great day and then went to a movie. The day after we tried to get a good deal on a big screen tv, but we were too late and we got there at 6 in the morning! Which is early for us. So we went to Smith's to get Neil some warm gloves, and we found the TV of our dreams. (or at least Neil's). A 55 inch Sony at a great deal. We brought it home, and I don't think Neil has moved from it except for bathroom breaks. Especially to watch and Utah BYU game. We could actually see the game and were very pleased with the outcome. I think their success had to do with our new TV.

Today we went to Natalie and Josh's ward to hear them speak in Sacrament Mtg. They did such a fine job. I was very proud of them and the children were so cute.

Then we went to Bethany and Bob's to see their new floor, beautiful hardwood and Bob and Beth have worked so hard on it. They make a great pair. We love them.

We are very blessed in our life. First for Our Father in Heaven, and then for each other and our family. We love each of our children so much and their children. What a Blessing all of them are in our lives. We have had a wonderful year....thanks to all of you...and to our Father.
