LET'S MAKE PLANS FOR THE REST OF SUMMER

Hey, we need to make plans before summer is over. Azlan's Birthday is coming up on the 17th and Bob's on the 19th. We need to plan a dinner, a trip up the canyon or some jet skiing. Start planning and let me know. I'll bring most of the food. We can't let these lazy days of summer slip by.

Started back on my fast walk at the cemetary this week. I sure feel better when I excercise.

WHERE DID JULY GO?

It has been over one month since I wrote because of all that has been going on. Brittany, Ben and girls have been staying here for the last few weeks and we have been so busy, no time to write. But what a good time we have had. The kids played outside every day, something they can't do in Arizona, and they have bonded with their cousins.

We also went to Bear Lake and had a great time on the boat, jet skis, and the huge raft. It was so beautiful there and we had a great bonfire at night by the cabin. The kids loved making sand castles. It was memorable.

I have more pictures to add as soon as I can. I love all of you and am so glad you are my family!

THE SKOUSENS ARE HERE!!!

Brittany and the girls are here for a few weeks. They came in a week ago Sunday as a surprise. It has been fun to have them staying here. There is always something going on. They are so busy and beautiful. We had a fun 4th of July with a breakfast at Evergreen Park and then we went to the Riverton Fair. All the kids had a great time, they loved the rides. There little faces were so happy.
Jessica was having such a good time, that she got excited and bit a lady on the leg. The lady was nice about it, but Brittany said, "She doesn't get out much!" It was so funny. All these little blonde cousins are so wonderful.
Neil will be finished with his radiation therapy next week. That will be a relief. We are doing well and blessed for the time we have.

SUMMER IS FINALLY HERE

AFTER IT SEEMS MONTHS OF CHAOTIC WEATHER, WITH RAIN, HAIL, AND SNOW TO KILL THE FLOWERS, WE FINALLY HAVE SUMMER. AND IT IS BEAUTIFUL.

ALSO WE HAVE 3 NEW GRANDCHILDREN PLAYING SOCCER. PAYTON, WHO IS THE BEST ON HER TEAM BUT THEY HAVEN'T WON A GAME. AND ATTICUS AND LILA WHO ARE ON THE SAME TEAM, 3-5 YEAR OLDS. CUS IS A HUSSLER AND REALLY GOES AFTER THE BALL. LILA, HOWEVER, IS HAVING TROUBLE KEEPING HER SHORTS UP SINCE SHE IS SO TINY. SHE DOES RUN AFTER CUS, BUT DOESN'T WANT TO PLAY IF HE ISN'T THERE. SHE SAYS SHE CAN'T PLAY WITHOUT HER "HONEY." TO TOP IT ALL OFF, MEGAN IS AN ASST COACH IN SOCCER, SO THAT SHOULD BE FUN FOR HER. MEGAN HAS MOVED UP HERE ON 4200 SOUTH AND 11TH EAST. IT IS MUCH CLOSER AND IS A CUTE PLACE.

DAD WENT TO THE RADIOLOGIST TODAY AND IS GOING TO HAVE RADIATION ON HIS LEG, A SERIES OF 7 FOR THE CANCER. HE IS DOING WELL, AS THIS IS A SLOW GROWING CANCER OF THE MARROW AND THIS SHOULD HELP. HIS LEG IS HEALING AND WE WILL GO TO THE BONE DR. ON THE 1ST. HE IS DOING WELL ON HIS WALKER, AND IS GETTING HIS SPUNK BACK.

ALSO I HAVE PICTURES HERE OF SOME OF THE GRANDKIDS, TAYLOR, NOAH AND PAYTON (BRANDON'S) ATTICUS (MEGANS) AND LILA AND EMME (NATALIES) ON THE SWING. DON'T ASK WHAT THEY ARE EATING....I REALLY DON'T WANT TO KNOW!!!! WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR OUR FAMILY AND ALL OF THEIR LOVE AND SUPPORT AND FOR THE PRAYERS AND LOVE OF FRIENDS. WE HAVE REALLY BEEN BLESSED.

BUSY JUNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, it has been a busy June. We have had baseball finals, Bryton's and Noah's and they both did well. We have had soccer begin, with Atticus and Lila. We have had Megan's birthday, #24 and had a nice dinner at Tepinyaki's. Natalie managed to choke on her food, cough all over some guys dinner, Megan couldn't stop texting on her phone, Bethany was so thrilled to have a dinner with dad and not little Bobby, that she couldn't quit smiling. Neil ate a little of everyones dinners. The only bad spot is that we missed Brittany with her dimple remarks. She is so missed and if she doesn't move back here soon, all of us are going to beat up Ben!!

Neil went in for his PET Scan and we should know more on Tuesday. The Huntsman Center is really a good place for him to go. We are praying for the best. He is tough, and determined and that counts for alot.

We have Ericka's birthday coming up and then Emme and Jessica have theirs. It is a fun month. I hope we can all get together. I want you all to know how much we love and adore and appreciate you. You have been so supportive these last weeks and Neil and I appreciate everything you do for us and love you all so much.
